Job Summary

This position will be supporting Canteen Commissary, a sector of Compass Group, focused on unattended retail solutions for clients and consumers across the US. The role will be responsible for the administration of Canteen Commissary's in-unit system (Sage X3) and support of existing systems for sites that have not been converted to the Sage X3 platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Sage X3, Lightspeed, NetSuite, label printing and other commissary specific systems. Managing Sage X3 roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Provide system administration support for the commissary operations, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles.
  • Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Analyze data to provide insights into team operation, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Work closely with other team members to capture business requirements and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
  • Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an IT role supporting custom application development. work environment
  • Work from Commissary Site/Home
  • Occasional travel (30% during implementation)

  • Creative problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues.
  • Managing conflicting priorities and gaining consensus across multiple user groups
  • Committed and enthusiastic approach to supporting business customers and end users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent relationship building in all levels of organization.
  • Experience running technical projects.
  • Special Skills and/or Training Desired:
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
