JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Penn State Outreach Marketing Team is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker to serve as an intern who will assist with our social media marketing content and analytics. This team member will assist in overseeing the scheduling of content for numerous social media channels and the Penn State Outreach blog. This team member will also work to identify efficiencies within Outreach social media channels and analyze data to drive future content decisions associated with social media. This is a paid internship opportunity with an hourly rate of $11/hour, and it can also be used for credit with the proper approvals from your academic department. Our team is committed to making this an in-depth learning experience and hopes to immerse the right candidate in as many of our daily operations and strategies as possible to help to prepare him/her for a career in marketing. This position would require 15-20 hours per week beginning in January and running until summer 2025. Responsibilities
