Adjunct/Part-time Sociology (General Pool)

The Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice is accepting applications for part-time Associate Lecturers. The Associate Lecturer will teach in our undergraduate day program on our Milton campus. Screening and review of candidate application materials will begin immediately and will be ongoing.

Available courses to teach are, Race and Ethnicity, and Intro to Sociology.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Sociology is required.
  • Ability to teach courses: Race and Ethnicity, Intro to Sociology.
  • Must have the availability to teach during the day at the Milton campus.
  • The department is seeking candidates with a strong history of effective teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Canvas LMS a plus.
