About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Management Analyst to join our Centralized Pricing Division with a Fortune 300 Fintech Company. In this role, you'll oversee the project management and delivery of strategic pricing initiatives, including the rollout of new and existing product pricing. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating multiple high-impact projects, serving as the communication and coordination liaison between various stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

About the team:

As part of our Centralized Pricing Team, you'll have an exciting opportunity to support a highly matrixed organization and will collaborate with a variety of teams including Banking Strategy, Finance, Legal, Product, and more! You'll be responsible for driving and managing the process for bringing new product pricing to market and oversee the process to update existing products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
  • Develops reports and produces materials required to support project plans including updates to project schedules, issue logging, recording and documenting meeting minutes for distribution to project team members.
  • Serves as a communication liaison between internal clients, project teams, and other FIS functional or department managers to understand all necessary aspects of projects and to ensure all are fully informed of objectives, purposes and progress.
  • Tracks project progress and assists in identifying and resolving obstacles.
  • Assists in ensuring projects remain on schedule and within time and cost constraints.
  • May work with others to identify and categorize project risks and issues related to cost/estimates, schedule, quality and employee retention.
  • Provides timely project or sub-plan deliverables that align with project or program plan structure and provides timely status updates to FIS and client management highlighting potential issues/problems.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as arranging meetings and/or conference calls, developing agendas, answering routine questions, preparing correspondence and progress reports and participating in event coordination.
  • Anticipates needs of project, program and PMO management and makes independent decisions and takes action to meet those needs.
  • Furnishes and obtains information from project management and representatives from clients or FIS organizations.

What you bring:

  • Banking & financial services experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • PMP Certification with advanced knowledge of project management standards, best practices, processes, procedures and guidelines i.e., Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK); at least 5 years of experience in complex project management
  • Advanced experience with waterfall project management and project management software (PMS) e.g., MS Project and auxiliary tools
  • Business Analysis and Product or Pricing Project management highly sought after!
  • Proven experience providing independent judgment and discretion and working independently under general instructions on a large variety of special projects
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
