Qualifications Position Requirements: Education: High school graduate or equivalent Experience: Two (2) years' experience operating multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment, and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment preferred. Certifications: Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
