*Description:* *Promptly answer phone calls (100/day) from patients scheduling medical appointments *Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics *Process internal and external referrals *Communicate scheduling outcomes with referral sources *Verify and update patient demographic information *Address patient complaints and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate *Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings *Qualifications:* 6 months or more of call center experience *Shift:* Monday-Friday, 730am-4pm or 8am-430pm #prioritycentral About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
