A major international software company is seeking a Content Operations Specialist to support the content team. We produce high-quality digital marketing content, including web, e-mail, SEO articles, and e-books - at a massive volume inhouse and give other projects to agencies. We need you to help us with administrative tasks to keep the content machine running in the background and help different content-creating teams to run smoothly. Our team believes in connecting with customers at scale, supporting them at each stage of the customer journey, especially through the early awareness and consideration stages. You'll be a key player in ensuring that our content leads can work effectively by taking over administrative and recurring tasks enabling us to deliver high-quality content for our customers. Responsibilities and tasks include: * * * Content requests: Ensure that content bill of materials are complete and enter related content requests into content systems. * Content upload: Support asset uploads and provide input for publishing forms. * Content monitoring: Monitor and update content performance trackers to ensure content completeness. * Update documents: Support content leads in updating documents for planning and reporting. * Content audits: Perform content audits to ensure correct assets for localized webpages. Qualifications: * 1-2 years' content support or digital project coordination experience in an enterprise-scale environment. * Good knowledge and experience of content management processes and tools.
