Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Program Management Lead with a drive for data analytics to own, derive insights, report from a large dataset of global initiatives, and manage related programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, visualization, interpretation, and program management, with a strong focus on data integrity, identifying trends, understanding the complexities of our business, and driving program success. Additionally, the candidate needs executive presence to support ad hoc requests from the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage a comprehensive dataset of global initiatives, RCAs, high impact tasks and innovations across several regions.
Generate reporting, including executive summaries, for our executive leadership team, and clients.
Ensure data compliance and track non-compliant cases.
Develop and implement data collection and maintenance methodologies to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, patterns, and correlations within the dataset.
Partner with our TAD Team to create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.
Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and share findings.
Stay current with business changes and impacts that may affect data analysis.
Develop and manage program plans for global initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute program objectives and deliverables.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication between program stakeholders and leadership.
Manage program library of resources and content development, ensuring optimal utilization and standardization.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on large, complex datasets.
3+ years of experience in program management
Smartsheets proficiency required but other applications a plus (Tableau, Power BI, or related).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages.
Demonstrated executive presence and proven experience presenting to senior leaders.
Strong statistical analysis skills and experience.
Excellent data visualization skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Demonstrated experience working with global datasets and cross-cultural analysis.
Knowledge of data governance and international data protection regulations.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with program management tools and methodologies.
