We are searching for a talented RN CVICU *UP TO $15,000 NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS* Hours: 36hrs Shift: Night shift, 7:15pm - 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA This department supports the Award-Winning Cardiac Surgery program at Charlton Memorial Hospital. You will work with the Catheter Lab and Cardiac Surgery Departments. We are proud of our patient to nurse ratios, nurse-driven protocols, orientation program, and 24-hour resource and support. Responsibilities Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served. Qualifications
