A week in the life of theData Science Intern includes:

• Work within a small development team to improve and evolve the data management platform being used by a government office.
• Become a member of this agile team and work within the group on priority tasks.
• Focus on areas that will include understanding the data structures being ingested by this system and promoting innovative methods and algorithms to make the data available to customer analysts.
• Work on data structures and visualization techniques to bring immediate value to the user.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
