Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Production Control Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Production Control Specialist is responsible for coordinating the production and flowing of products to the assembly process in an industrial setting. They work across various functions and departments, while also working under some supervision, making significant decisions, and maintaining some contact with external suppliers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Review item status in WISE and ensure item is logged/closed out appropriately based on its current status
  • Effectively manage inventory or overhaul/repair units
  • Performs various functions to support Build-To-Order
  • Designate, delegate and coordinate work team assignments
  • Coordinate completed part transport to other departments for further modifications, use, or shipping
  • The ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a team
  • The ability to define, diagnose and resolve problems
  • The ability to work independently
  • Conduct cycle counts and review inventory levels
  • Revise production schedules when required for design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, and engineering
  • Review customer demand and communicate information to department/cells; develop and maintain communication channels between multiple departments

What We Are Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in applicable manufacturing/warehouse/inventory control processes

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
