We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to join Procore's Revenue Operations Team.In this role, you'll drive coaching, training, and efficiency for our North America SMB Account Executives while collaborating on strategic enablement initiatives across global markets. You'll play a critical role in developing and executing programs that align with our business objectives and ensure the success of our revenue teams.

As aRevenue Enablement Manager, you'll partner with SMB leadership, international enablement teams, and stakeholders to design impactful enablement programs, optimize training strategies, and support the ongoing growth of our go-to-market (GTM) teams. Use yourstrategic thinking, project management expertise, and deep understanding of revenue processesto create high-impact, scalable solutions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Procore's global success while building best-in-class enablement practices.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement and may require some international travel. It is remote-friendly across the U.S. or based in one of our U.S. offices.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with SMB leadership to identify business needs and design enablement programs tailored to specific goals.
  • Deliver core enablement programs by partnering with global enablement teams, sales leadership, and local marketing teams.
  • Analyze metrics to identify performance gaps and define enablement priorities that drive business impact.
  • Develop and execute onboarding, ongoing training, GTM readiness, and content management initiatives aligned with core competency models.
  • Facilitate training sessions, enablement events, and workshops for SMB teams to drive engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to align enablement strategies with business goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Create, audit, and update new hire ramp plans and training materials to meet evolving needs.
  • Build feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance enablement experiences.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales or CS Enablement, leadership, or strategy roles.
  • Proven success working across multiple international markets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute complex projects.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies, customer lifecycle, and revenue tech stacks.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop scalable enablement solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts and translate them into actionable training.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
