HonorHealth is looking for a Radiologic Tech to support the Orthopedic Clinic in Surprise. This team consists of a PA MAs, the Practice Manager, /front Office staff. Services that include knee, hip and joint related issues for the patients 2 years years and older. This role will complete hand, sports, foot & ankle (extremities for orthopedics) for Providers at various locations which will require travel, mainly to the "sister location" at Sonoran Crossings Medical Center, but other Ortho locations as well and only when/if needed. The ideal candidate must meet the minimum requirements of the role HSD/GED or completion of ARRT accredited along with completion of a Radiography program or U.S. Military training program. Relevant experience is required and a current Radiology/ARRT license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) card and certified Radiologic Technologist (CRTLC) / Arizona certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license is required. Responsibilities Job Summary Under the direction of a radiologist, this position performs diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. Assumes responsibility for tasks or procedures as assigned. Performs data entry operations using appropriate hospital software package. Staff member may be required to provide coverage at various locations in the network.
