Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Economic analysis;
  • Financial modeling;
  • Sourcing and critically evaluating data, providing insightful analysis and presentations;
  • Development of research on markets, industries and companies;
  • Lifecycle project management including development of engagement proposals;
  • Report writing and presentation development;
  • Local travel or driving to project sites as needed.


Education and Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (economics, finance, or engineering). (required)
  • Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline (economics, finance, or engineering). (preferred)


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. (required)
  • Solid general technical / analytical capabilities, including the ability to learn new software quickly. (required)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to write complex formulas and visualize data effectively. (required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools. (required)
  • Familiarity with environmental data and knowledge of basic statistics. (required)
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
  • Familiarity with GIS and its associated software, analysis, reporting, cartography, data management, and visualization. (preferred)
  • Understanding of data quality control concepts. (preferred)
  • Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS and experience with geodatabase structures and geoprocessing concepts. (preferred)
  • Proficiency in open-source GIS software (e.g., Google Earth, QGIS). (preferred)
  • Proficiency with three-dimensional modeling and visualization (e.g. Earth Volumetric Studio (EVS). (preferred)
