dormakaba is seeking a Pricing Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. The Pricing Manager is responsible for driving pricing excellence and supporting the company's strategic objectives. They are responsible for defining pricing strategies and supporting the execution of pricing policies to ensure alignment based on global data and market trends. They will also be responsible for global process implementation at the direction of Global Pricing Organization to meet year end goals.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $ 90,000- $120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance pricing processes, tools and data to create a pricing roadmap that aligns with strategy and profitability
  • Support sales teams in pricing negotiations and strategy execution
  • Focus on complex analytics and pricing strategies in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Lead regular price performance review process to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support Sales, Product Management, Financial regarding pricing projects



WHAT WE REQUIRE



  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, engineer or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in pricing within a commercial or related industry field
  • Demonstrated experience in change management processes (i.e., agile, waterfall)



WHAT WE PREFER



  • Experience developing and maintain pricing models to identify areas for improvement
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and python or R
