Primary Purpose of Department
The mission of the Athletic Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is to operate within the perspective of the overall educational programs. Primary Purpose of Position
The Assistant Athletic Director - Broadcast Video & Technology will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and usage of technology in an athletic-based environment.
Summary of Position Responsibilities
Responsibility includes event technology, technical infrastructure, determining user requirements for technology upgrades and solutions, and broadcasting of athletic events.
Minimum Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years experience in a related field; or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience in broadcast media, including television production with ESPN.
  • Experience with Division I athletics.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
