*Business Unit:* Fin Tech & Prod Mgmt *Location:* Pensacola, FL *Comments To Supplier:* * This is a 2 month contract, not extending* *Description* *We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Project Support Specialist to assist our team with key data entry and project support tasks. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation of our ERP system, focusing on repetitive tasks that help train our intelligent document recognition system and contribute to broader project needs.* *Key Responsibilities:* * *Invoice Data Entry:* Accurately input invoice data into the ERP system to support the training of intelligent document recognition software. * *Testing and Validation:* Execute test scenarios to ensure system functionality, capturing detailed results and identifying any discrepancies. * *Project Support*: Assist with additional administrative and repetitive tasks as needed across the project, providing flexible support to the implementation team. * *Documentation and Tracking*: Maintain accurate records of tasks completed, including tracking progress in designated project tools or logs. * *Collaboration:* Work closely with the project team to identify process improvements, support troubleshooting efforts, and ensure data accuracy. *Qualifications:* * High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. * Prior experience with ERP systems (preferred) or ability to quickly learn new software. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. * Strong communication skills to work effectively within a project team environment. * Ability to work independently and meet task deadlines with minimal supervision. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in accounts payable or invoice processing is a plus. * Familiarity with intelligent document recognition systems or document management tools. * Basic understanding of testing procedures or quality assurance methods.
