Requisition ID req31661 Working Title Technical Analyst 2 Position Grade 13 Position Summary The UNM Division of Information Technologies seeks candidates for a Technical Analyst 2 position. The successful candidate will join a high caliber team of professionals in the Information Technologies department in the Operations Team. The Technical Analyst 2 position will lead projects to upgrade enterprise applications (on-premises and cloud-based) to ensure the application itself and the underlying infrastructure is up-to-date, secure, and delivering the most value to our end users. The Operational support consists of monitoring of incoming requests and escalated support for process & workflow migration, and production issues. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong communication, technical, and organizational skills; excellent problem-solving skills; along with solid customer support skills to support a diverse customer base. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
