Global Corporate Communications Lead

Full-time | Marketing | Location - Olathe, KS, 66062

The Global Corporate Communication Lead is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing TVH's brand relevance and awareness worldwide. This position oversees external communication strategies, ensures consistent brand messaging across global markets, and collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align and amplify TVH's corporate identity. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

  • Define TVH's value proposition and translate it into brand positioning and messaging.

  • Develop and maintain evergreen corporate content, such as the "About TVH" section on the website, corporate presentations, and the corporate movie.

  • Create, update, and enforce brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms, including digital presence and corporate materials.

  • Develop and implement a global communications strategy to support business objectives, enhance brand image, and engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Lead regional marketing teams in planning and executing awareness-building initiatives, including social media campaigns.

  • Establish and maintain global communication planning processes, governance structures, and performance metrics to ensure a consistent and impactful approach.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage.

  • Act as the primary contact for U.S. media inquiries.

  • Lead the external crisis communication response, providing strategic guidance to mitigate risks and maintain public trust.

  • Support the Crisis Communications Manager during incidents.

  • Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, newsletters, presentations, and other corporate content, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and corporate values.

  • Develop and execute a global sponsorship framework, identifying strategic partnerships aligned with company values.

  • Manage relationships with sponsored organizations and ensure that promotional activities deliver mutual value.

  • Oversee the global awareness budget, including sponsorships, PR, and paid advertising.

  • Directly supervise and mentor a team of communication professionals, including the Social Media Officer.

  • Indirectly guide and support regional marketers on corporate communication tasks.

  • Partner with Branding, Marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure messaging consistency across all company communications.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, reporting outcomes to leadership for continuous improvement.

  • Media Training: Skilled in media relations and crisis communication preparedness.

  • Cross-Departmental Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and senior leadership.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with leadership experience in a global organization.

  • Proven success in brand positioning, media relations, and crisis communication.

  • Strong project management skills and experience in handling multiple priorities.

  • Budget management and cross-functional team leadership experience.

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Dutch, French, and Spanish).
