In addition, Southwire supplies assembled products, contractor equipment and hand tools. Southwire has been family- owned since 1950 and strives to be generationally sustainable for years to come. The People & Culture Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to team members, performing a full range of P&C functions including but not limited to administration of all company/facility policies, procedures and programs; team member engagement and recognition; facilitating new hire orientation, facility communications and mandatory trainings; and data management in various HRIS systems.
