Mission Readiness Strategy and Improvement Project Manager, Senior The Opportunity: This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the homeland security and national resilience enterprise. As a strategy and improvement project manager, you'll use your expertise to help your team assess how alterations will impact business processes and develop solutions to ensure organizational readiness. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices and be ready when mission operations call. You will provide analysis of homeland security and emergency management stakeholder requirements and lead the design, development, conduct, and evaluation of preparedness assessment exercises. You'll coordinate and manage the relationships to assess stakeholders and optimize organizational performance. You'll lead performance, measurement development, analysis, and reporting for client mission readiness in response to natural disasters, long term community resilience planning, or terrorist attacks. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables and products, managing project schedule and budget, and formulating or implementing effective and timely remedial actions. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
