This position will be responsible for maintaining and delivering insights from the Corporate Partnerships team's suite of Business Intelligence and Market Research data sources and tools.
This resource will be hands-on, collaborating closely with our sales, operations, and account teams. The role is critical in unifying the TOUR's outbound sales activity and partner relationship management strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics or related field/experience required

  • Minimum 2 years related experience required

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Understanding of data assets and ability to leverage data to support a sales environment

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) required

  • Experience with CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce) required

  • Experience with database tools (e.g.. Alteryx, SQL) a plus

  • Organized with project management experience

  • Process oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Leverage available data and market intelligence resources to provide insights and analysis to sales and account management teams to drive strategic business decisions.

  • Maintain and update Tableau dashboards to efficiently deliver reporting on partner & prospect sales data that meets the needs of varying constituents.

  • Effectively communicate insights and findings through clear, visually engaging presentations for stakeholders, using data visualization tools and storytelling techniques to make complex data accessible and actionable.

  • Execute prospecting strategy by creating prospect lists, consolidating company research, analyzing key contact metrics, and identifying optimal relationship management strategy.

  • Track and evaluate tournament performance metrics to provide insights on trends, partner success, and ROI.

  • Track and aggregate information on industries, emerging categories/companies, sports & entertainment, and sponsorship trends.

  • Support the implementation, customization, and usage of the Corporate Partnerships CRM system.

  • Be an expert on TOUR audience and the value it delivers to partners

  • Become expert in golf industry statistics
