  • Level 1- Estimated annual base pay: $66,400.00 (minimum) - $83,000.00 (midpoint) - $99,600.00 (maximum)
  • Level 2- Estimated annual base pay: $75,200.00 (minimum) - $94,000.00 (midpoint) - $112,800.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? Woodward is hiring for an experienced Operations Supervisor to support the Fuel Metering Unit Support group at the Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. This position is on 1st shift (Monday- Thursday -5:00AM- 3:30PM) and will be responsible for managing product metrics and a diverse group of members to meet our customer demands.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting members to achieve daily build rates on the production floor in various assembly and test functions.
  • Managing new members, training programs and members progression in the role.
  • Monitoring and managing daily metrics for the department.
  • Overseeing production metrics, on time delivery and production schedules.
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects, working towards solutions and corrective actions.
  • Ensuring product specifications are being met per customer requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times expected.

What We Are Looking For

Level 1

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Previous leadership experience is required (e.g. direct leadership, team lead, mentoring, project lead, etc.).
  • Previous operations experience/knowledge is required.

Level 2

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • A 2-or-4-year degree is preferred.
  • 2 or more years of leadership experience is required (e.g. direct leadership, team lead, mentoring, project lead, etc.).
  • Previous operations experience/knowledge is required.
