Do you have an associate's degree or experience in signage, construction, project management, or manufacturing? Are you searching for remote work? Staffmark has partnered with one of the nation's largest brand implementation companies that delivers versatile solutions for some of the most recognized brands. We are hiring a Remote Project Manager in San Antonio, TX, who will work individually and as a team to successfully direct, manage, and complete small and large corporate sign branding projects from concept to completion in a profitable and timely fashion.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000

Essential Functions:



  • Ensure site survey information is inclusive of landlord requirements and code restrictions.
  • Obtain landlord approvals and necessary regulatory requirement permits.
  • Oversee the manufacturing, shipping, and installation of all products.
  • Maintain active communication channels with all internal/external stakeholders throughout the life of the project.
  • Track and respond to project scope changes, following established internal processes for approval and notifications.
  • Evaluate problems as they surface with a focus on solving independently when able and escalating as needed to appropriate members of the leadership team or Subject Matter Experts.
  • Track projects against target margins, provide approval within the authority for deviations from target margins, and at times obtain approval from the leadership team for margin deviations.
  • Coordinate the administrative function and records retention of all documentation including organizing/securing/filing all required closeout documentation including permits, completion photos, invoicing, etc.
  • Initiate and coordinate accurate purchase orders and invoices for all phases of the project life.
  • Serve as a Lead to Associate Program Managers assigning and guiding tasks for those assigned to partner with you on sites.

Qualifications:



  • Associate Degree and/or equivalent related experience in Signage, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with a Request for Purchase (RFP) process from establishment to revision to execution.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
