Salary: $70,000 per year

The Facilities Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance and repair operations at Stratus San Antonio, ensuring building systems, machinery, and equipment run efficiently and safely. This role leads the maintenance team, coordinates with contractors, and implements preventative maintenance for smooth, cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural).
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Manage repair and renovation projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise machinery maintenance, implement procedures, and maintain records.
  • Troubleshoot machinery issues to minimize downtime.
  • Lead and train the maintenance team, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage supplier relationships and maintain inventory to ensure availability.
  • Develop emergency response plans and train the team for quick resolution during emergencies.


Skills & Qualifications:



  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Proficient in maintenance software and tools.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience creating SOPs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of facilities maintenance management experience.
  • Relevant certifications (CFM, CPMM) a plus.
  • Experience in the sign industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments and perform physical tasks.
  • On-call availability for emergencies.
