WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We seek passionate analyst to join our team!As a Business Analyst, you will develop data quality framework to surface data & pipeline health issues in real time to upstream teams thus signalling on root cause of failure and reducing processing time to log in ticket and debug. This framework will serve as a mandatory step for forecasting shipments hence it will have a direct impact on the Supply Chain Ship Goals. You should have strong experience in Python; algorithms and data structures; hands-on Databricks experience; as well as experience in querying from data warehouse platform (e.g. Snowflake). Knowledge on machine learning models will be plus. You should also have a demonstrable history of converting business requirements to analytics to deliver value, and be comfortable working in a light agile product model. As a business analyst , you will be expected to own projects end-to-end - from conception to operationalization as well as partnering with various other business analysts to develop a full accounted solution. As a result, you will be expected to provide technical vision and guidance to your teammates; therefore, strong communication skills are critical in this role. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH In this role, you'll be working closely with the rest of the business analysts and specialist with the team, along with enterprise data teams. You will report to Principal Data Analytics . WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, data engineering or related field * 3-5 years of professional experience in Python, ML Ops, or related field * A demonstrated problem solving and analytical mindset * Ability to write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in Python(proficiency in functional programming, developing modular optimized codes) and pushing to Github as part of best practices * Expertise in data mining and knowledge of structured/unstructured datasets * Exposure to MLOps, Streamlit Front End Web UI are highly desirable * Experience with technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS is highly desirable * Working knowledge of statistical models and business intelligence * Effective communication skills (with team members, the business, and in code) * Experience with agile development and test driven development |
