Job Summary Getty is seeking a collaborative and service-focused leader with expertise in inspiring digital teams in delivering exceptional IT services and effciency to be the next Campus Technologies Director. This role will work with Getty stakeholders across the Trust in several campus locations in the greater Los Angeles area to develop and implement strategies to modernize and improve IT experiences and effective service delivery to Getty employees and staff-adjacent knowledge workers. The chosen candidate joins Getty at the forefront of a nearly $100M multi-year digital roadmap, which includes a significant investment to transform Getty's enterprise applications, identity and access management infrastructure, IT Service Management, data analytics capacity, and operational efficiency and service offerings. To support this critical investment, this role is also tasked with working alongside the Getty Digital leadership as projects are initiated, executed and delivered to Getty staff. This individual will be focused on optimizing operational processes and streamlining our users' digital experiences. They will also be critical to our success as we implement new self-service offerings to the Getty user community. This role is responsible for overseeing three teams. Getty Digital's Technical Support team handles Level 1 and 2 technical support and IT asset management. The Digital Workspace Support team focuses on the management and security of endpoint computing devices. The Campus Technologies Director will also help build and oversee the newly formed Unified Communications team whose focus will be on rationalizing and optimizing our current collaboration tools portfolio (M365, Zoom, Slack, Ring Central, Google, etc.) and enabling the Getty community to succeed with easy to find and critical tools that support their collaborative work. Managing through their managers and supervisors, this role will oversee a team of over 20 who make up the Campus Technologies department. This position will report to the Deputy CIO and will participate as an active member of the VP and CIO's Leadership Team. This person hires, manages and develops personnel in accordance with Getty HR policies and Getty Digital operating objectives. Getty has engaged Click Partners Executive Search for this search.
