*Position Details:* -Contract: 2-3 month contract role - Location: Downtown Las Vegas, near World Market Center - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM - Pay: $19/hr *Key Responsibilities:* - Verify and double-check weekly financial reports, pulling accurate data from Excel. - Initiate and consult on contracts with external vendors, collaborating with our legal team to ensure smooth processing. - Monitor EPIC/Tableau systems to ensure all referral volumes are accurate. - Update and provide essential information to providers about upcoming schedules. - Manage vendor accounts to ensure supply availability and process payments, primarily through email communication. *What We're Looking For:* - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role; healthcare experience is preferred but not required. - Skills: Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential; basic graph creation skills are needed.
