TEKsystems' client, a world-renowned technology company, is seeking 18 Datacenter Technicians to work on-site in Goodyear, AZ. Top Skills: 1. 2+ years of data center experience - cabling, building out IDF closets 2. Data center deployment experience Cabling, hardware racking Job Description This client has a surge of GPU deployments in the PHX market. PHX12 is a building they need to quickly build the IDF and MORs so that they can go live with the site in February. This is a maximum effort deployment and requires all hands on deck. Additional Skills & Qualifications This team will provide 24/7 support across three different shifts 6 day work week 8 hour shifts Employee Value Proposition (EVP) This client is in Hypergrowth mode which makes it an exciting time to join. Just on the westside valley alone, theyplans to build 2-3 data centers per year for the next five years and triple in size. With that growth comes a lot of opportunity and potential upward mobility. This is their top priority and highest visibility project across the country The client is taking on GPU deployments across the country to continue to implement AI Servers and increase their AI capabilities for their customers that use Azure Great chance to go FTE Work Environment Data center environment with limited oversight from the FTEs PPE is required and will be provided from us - Composite-toed boots (TEK reimburses up to $100) - High-vis vest - Safety glasses - Cut-resistant gloves - Ear protection Some of these sites are still under construction and require additional PPE. - Hard hat Business Drivers/Customer Impact PHX12 is set to go-live in Feb and need all hands on deck to build out the IDFs NOTE: We are also hiring a few tech leads, which can garner higher pay if there is more advanced/senior-level experience.
