We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our client's team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our projects' success.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Communication and Coordination:

    • Engage confidently with team members and external vendors.
    • Facilitate discussions to extract key information and ensure alignment on project goals.

  • Project Administration:

    • Manage and track the status of tech reviews and surveys using the OneTrust system.
    • Promote surveys ready for approval and ensure timely closure of completed surveys.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

  • Documentation and Presentation:

    • Create and maintain project plan templates and the initial framework for presentations.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365, to support project documentation and reporting.

  • Collaboration and Tools Management:

    • Leverage Microsoft Projects and SharePoint for effective project management and document sharing.
    • Use Microsoft Teams for document management and team collaboration.




Experience Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:



  • 1-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Projects, SharePoint, and Teams, particularly in document management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
