Overview The Sr. Regional HR Business Partner will play a critical role in delivering the HR strategy across their assigned client groups. This individual will be responsible for strategic and operational support to managers across their regions, with responsibilities related to performance management, coaching/training of People Leaders, new hire on-boarding, employee relations, career development and succession planning, teammate recognition, and engagement. This role will support and/or lead a number of key projects and will work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure they have the skills and capability to deliver and manage change while supporting HR initiatives that help them achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities
