Minimum Requirements: * Working knowledge of Microsoft Project * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and target clear and concise message to the appropriate audience. * Ability to resolves problems, interprets policies, and demonstrates solid knowledge of contract requirements, processes, and procedures to support both technical and administrative contract operation. * Experience working in environment with the need communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. * Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment is required. * Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and able to easily adapt to new toolsets.
