The Associate Director of Member Outreach and Engagement will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to improving oral health outcomes through strategic member engagement initiatives. This pivotal role involves leading a team of 10+ outreach coordinators, ensuring flawless execution of multi-channel outreach tactics, and driving innovation in member engagement strategies. As the Associate Director of Member Outreach and Engagement, you will play a crucial role in shaping the oral health landscape for underserved populations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership (30%) * Lead and inspire a team of 10+ outreach coordinators to execute comprehensive member outreach strategies * Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiencies in team processes and exceed outreach goals * Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain competitive edge Program Management and Optimization (25%) * Establish robust monitoring and tracking systems to ensure outreach efforts meet client expectations and contractual requirements * Analyze member data to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations * Manage team schedules and resources against annual budget allocations Client and Stakeholder Management (20%) * Lead client outreach meetings, presenting program goals, objectives, and status updates with executive presence * Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to meet team goals and exceed client expectations * Cultivate a network of strategic partnerships to enhance outreach capabilities Performance Analysis and Reporting (15%) * Monitor, measure, and report key performance metrics of member outreach tactics * Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development * Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and clients Team Development (10%) * Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field * 7+ years of relevant experience in customer experience, member engagement marketing, project management, or consulting * 3-5+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ people * Demonstrated success in strategic management, planning, and project execution * Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking Preferred * Master's degree in relevant field * Experience in healthcare or oral health industry * Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar Key Competencies * Visionary leadership and strategic thinking * Excellence in client relationship management * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving health outcomes |
