Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM | $17 per hour

Requirements



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Familiar with office machines.
  • Detail-oriented, highly dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Front Desk Clerk Responsibilities:

Provide professional and pleasant interactions with customers/clients. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Check, sort, and forward mail. Enter orders into the web-based system. Contact existing and potential customers via phone to promote services and follow up on inquiries. Maintain customer records. Monitor office supplies. Proofread books and perform quality checks. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams. Other customer service support tasks as needed.
