What this job involves
The Quality Assurance & Governance Analyst will report directly to the Program Manager. This position is responsible for providing first level analytical support for reviewing actions, documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed. The Process Quality Assurance & Governance Analyst will own continuous process improvement and will provide subject matter expertise in quality assurance, quality control and governance across the account. Quality Assurance Drive QA/QC procedures and protocols; roll out of the Quality Check Procedure across JLL Ops teams. Conduct quality audits on contractors and report findings to the client. Implement follow-up procedures with contractors to track close-out of quality non-conformance. Customer Satisfaction feedback oversight; monitoring performance and identifying and leading initiatives to improve performance. Responsible for people onboarding and offboarding compliance with the client, identify gaps and develop solutions. Advise leadership on the implementation and adherence to agreed and established QA/QC procedures. Monitor and assess departmental performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with functional teams to establish performance benchmarks and develop performance improvement plans. Examine and research complex programs, processes, documentation, or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or agency or government regulations. Identify risks and problem areas and recommend improvements. Evaluate staff knowledge and compliance with governing policies, procedures and regulations Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies. Drive project planning best practices and efficiencies. Required BA/BS in in Quality Assurance, Business Management, related discipline or equivalent facilities, construction, and real estate management experience. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement experience. 5+ years of operations management experience and leading people, as The Director of Operations or related. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to coach, mentor and train. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation ability. Superior customer service, relationship building and follow up skills. Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook. |
