About Us: With over 60 years of mission success, the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is focused on serving our customers, and we take pride in and highly value our employees. We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead and inspire our talented team of Physicists and Researchers. The research team focuses their work on lasers, frequency combs, atomic clocks, photonics, and ultracold atomic gases to develop novel positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) instrumentation and techniques. The team is directly embedded on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM working alongside the Air Force Research Laboratory government team. Position Overview: As the Program Manager for our Quantum Sensing and Timing team, you will play a critical role in overseeing research projects, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. You will also contribute directly to one or more research projects, based on interest and discussions with the government team. Key Responsibilities:
