Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a Nuclear Material Manager to support our team at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities * Support the Nuclear Material Management (NMM) program at LANL that administers LANL's nuclear material inventory as a strategic asset for the execution of work across the Laboratory. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8 years of directly related technical and project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation. * Program Management: Advanced knowledge of, and successfully demonstrated experience in, all aspects of program management of technical work. Including, defining program work scope, schedules, budgets, priorities, and performance milestones. As well as, developing cost, scope, and schedule baselines; reporting program status and cost and schedule variance; managing change control and risk; and providing direction to a project management team. Demonstrated experience and leadership in developing and executing complex organizational interface agreements, funding cost models, or similar integration tools. This includes demonstration of strong organizational skills and previous experience with the development, monitoring, and management of work packages. Desired Qualifications * Nuclear Materials Management: Knowledge and experience with nuclear materials containers and storage, inventory tracking, processing, receipt and shipping, and reporting of nuclear materials under the requirements of DOE O 410.2. Familiarity with the Order and its requirements is highly favorable.
