Billing Specialist

We are working with a client in Lakeland and they are looking for a Billing Data Entry Specialist. This person will be entering data into billing portals so experience in this area would be helpful. Candidates must have good attention to detail, accuracy, and be able to use MS Office and learn billing portals. This is temporary right now, and could possibly turn into something permanent down the road. The temporary period is typically at least 6-12 months. All work is done on site, in the office, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Responsibilities:



  • Sending customer invoices into their portal (Approximately 1000 plus invoices per month)
  • Downloading emails
  • Updating email addresses
  • Resending invoices with updated information



Hours/Days of Operation:



  • Monday to Friday 8:15am to 4:45pm



Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED is required

1+ years of data entry experience preferably entering data into billing portals

MS Office skills

Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
