Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leadership to define annual and quarterly objectives, and standardize reporting and dashboards for sales executives
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis to decision makers, including analysis and recommendations to improve performance
  • Manage the sales operations process to enable sales team productivity
  • Own end-to-end process of tracking the sales process throughout the funnel - identifying issues and bottlenecks and driving solutions to improve sales outcomes
  • Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and business management best practices
  • Provide operational support to the Global SDR/ISR lead on major initiatives
  • Lead sales operations initiatives to solve complex problems, build best practices and drive change management to ensure consistent adoption and impact globally
  • Cross Functional Collaboration with GTM Leaders (e.g. Sales, Channels, Marketing, Finance)

Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in sales, sales development and/or sales operations
  • Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage and interact with various GTM executives and teams
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify, scope, prioritize and lead growth enabling initiatives
  • Experience in hardware, software and subscription business models desirable
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, Marketo, Excel
  • Result-oriented and self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
  • Training/ experience in process improvement methodology (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile)
