Description of Job This licensed journeyman Plumber position exists to troubleshoot, repair, replace, rebuild, install, test, inspect and design steam, condensate, plumbing, fire protection and mechanical piping systems to maintain proper building operations. Primary Duties Include:

Class Code & Classification Description: D6C2XXPIPE/MECHANICAL TRADES II MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Only: Three years of experience performing plumbing and steam piping related tasks which included preventative maintenance, repair and installation of plumbing and steam systems AND possession of a current, journey-level plumber license issued by the State of Colorado. You must submit a copy of your license with your application for full consideration. Must possess excellent customer service skills to include communicating with and responding to all levels of employees in a professional environment. Computer experience and use of a computerized work order system is necessary for performing administrative functions of the job. OR Education and Experience: A combination of related education, formalized apprenticeship program, and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to three (3) years. (Appropriate education or successful completion of a formalized apprenticeship program will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis for the general experience but not for the specific experience.)
