Real Estate Infrastructure Projec Manager

Genesis10 is seeking a Real Estate Infrastructure Project Manager for our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid position requiring 2- 3 days onsite.

Our target pay rate is $80.00 per hour on our W2. No C2C.

Summary and Rresponsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing the infrastructure components for new real estate builds globally. They prefers an individual with Construction Management and Real Estate versus hardcore IT Network Infrastructure, but experience within the IT industry is highly desired.

Ensures that all systems, applications, software, and hardware are compliant with Corporate policy/procedures. Identifies issues and contributes to developing solutions. Maintains and may lead the process for documenting design, build and standard operating procedures. Develops detailed project plans and tracks project progress.

Assists in ensuring that all systems, applications, software, and hardware are compliant with Corporate policy/procedures. Maintains documentation of design, build and procedures. Works with Application Development and Quality Assurance, Testing and Business teams to understand infrastructure needs during the planning, design, development and testing processes. Assists in implementing changes to the organization's infrastructure technology that enhance its reliability, resiliency and efficiency.

Performs basic production support tasks. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

Required skills

• Relevant experience in Infrastructure production services, engineering or delivery
• Experience at leading large projects/ programs preferably within the financial services industry/IT
• MS Office Suite: Excel, MS Project, PPT
• Jira

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence are a plus
• Agile certification
• Project management certification
• IT/Infrastructure certification
