*TEKsystems is hiring for fully remote transportation representatives for a thriving health care company! MN, WI, IA, and KS residents ONLY! Applicants outside of these states will not be considered.*
*Job Description:* Answer, resolve, track and document telephone calls from members, providers, internal departments, and external agencies, in a timely and professional manner. Research, resolve and communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding member/provider concerns or issues. Research and resolve inquiries from internal /external customers including: Enrollment, eligibility, ID cards, clinic changes, demographic changes, benefit coverage, claims, payments and member reimbursement. *Main Position Details:* *Start:* 12/02 *Pay:* $21.00 - $22.00 *Location:* 100% remote *Training: *4 weeks in length from 8:00am - 4:30pm *Schedule:* Required to work both weekend days. Will be able to choose 2 days off during the week. *Qualifications:* * 2+ years of call center experience. * 1+ year of prior experience working from home. * Preferred experience with health insurance (HMO), physician group practice, or community agency About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
