- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Develops policies and procedures for and supports the Foreign National employees as a business partner.
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Maintains records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting and Affirmative Action Plans.
- Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
- Researches training programs, as requested by managers or as required for Corporate-wide training.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administers performance review program for the groups/departments to which incumbent is assigned, to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Administers salary administration program for the groups/departments to which the incumbent is assigned, to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews for the groups/departments to which the incumbent is assigned, to determine reasons behind separations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years related experience and/or training
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- PHR or SHRM Certification preferred
