Overview Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Cloud Infrastucture Acquisition organization. CO+I is responsible for planning, building and operating Microsoft's cloud infrastructure data centers across the globe. The organizational scope includes demand and supply planning, business operations and strategic acquisition and prepositioning across land, power, and networking. To help us accelerate our growth objectives and transformation, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive reporting system and tools to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborates with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules for multiple feature areas. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure planning and operations, leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions that optimize resource allocation, improve operational performance, and support capacity forecasting. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Establish and maintain practices for data governance, data quality, and data security within the cloud infrastructure organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
