Position Description
Performs advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Works on special projects as assigned. May substitute for supervisor during his/her absence.

Major/Essential Functions
Primary function is as coordinator and contact for ATLS courses. Provides direct support to departmental Faculty as assigned by the Administrator. Maintains leave balances and CME tracking for all Faculty. Coordinates with Medical Administrative Secretary for all CME travel and credits. Serve as an integral contact for the administrative department, receiving and answering all incoming requests from internal and external HSC contacts. Serves as the primary person to manage Qgenda and the call schedules for both hospitals. Assists in completing and maintaining the credentialing information for Providers. Processes purchasing transactions as needed.

Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
