Pay: $21 - $24/hr Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring high-quality products meet customer specifications, and troubleshooting any issues during production. You'll work closely with the team to maintain quality standards, minimize errors, and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Set up CNC Lathe machines for production runs Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize non-conformances Use calipers, mics, and indicators to ensure machines and fixtures are properly set Perform tool offsets using basic math skills Review CMM reports to verify product quality and compliance with specifications Dress and set tools for CNC machines Operate multiple machines simultaneously Perform daily 5S (cleaning) and machine inspections Ensure coolant levels are adequate and report maintenance issues Qualifications: Previous experience in a machinist-level role Strong skills in loading parts, using inspection equipment, and tool loading Familiarity with manufacturing quality, mechanical inspection tools, and equipment maintenance Ability to perform decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in a production setting High School Diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Passionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-quality results Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
