The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for the design, operation, security, and day to day maintenance of Public and Private Cloud environments including networking, compute, storage, backup, and identity. The Senior Cloud Engineer role includes installing, configuring and upgrading a variety of software and associated devices in identified Cloud environments. Diagnosing and troubleshooting both common and unusual system problems working closely with all members of IT and vendor support. Performing preventive maintenance on assigned systems, along with monitoring performance, improving and modifying monitoring systems, and responding proactivity to minimize disruption to services. The systems are monitored 24/7. Develops and maintains server, backup and system diagrams and ensures all necessary documentation remains current. Minimum Qualifications: * Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Technology Management, Computer Programming/Software Development, or Computer Networking or seven years of related experience. * Certification in Azure, AWS or GCP. (Azure preferred) * Five (5) years of windows server and active directory experience both on premise and in cloud infrastructure. * Five (5) years of experience with public and/or private clouds, disaster recovery systems. * Direct experience in the design, planning and executing a cloud migration strategy. * Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Technology Management, Computer Programming/Software Development, or Computer Networking or ten years of related experience. * Preferred: Prior hospital or medical practice experience. * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
