The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, physicians and examinees. This position ensures client specific requirements for provider specialty and location are met and that all ancillary services are arranged. *Skills:* customer service, data entry, computer, referrals, emails, high volume, calls, claims, schedule appointments, inbound call, insurance verification, health care, claims support, healthcare industry, administrative skills *Top Skills Details:* customer service, data entry, computer,referrals,emails,high volume,calls,claims *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Need to be very comfortable and skilled on the computer ideally 1-2 year of experience utilizing scheduling systems and MS office. Ability to type 40+ WPM. Must be comfortable handling spurts of high volume calls (20 or so every few hours). Must be comfortable constructing professional emails at a high volume. Someone that is from a healthcare background is important. Someone that can multitask and prioritize their work. Working in a timely fashion to be able to process referrals quickly. Someone that is going to be working in a multi-screen setting.
