The Program Manager- Healthcare Manufacturing Operations & Logistics is responsible for supporting and coordinating manufacturing operations and logistics within new and existing healthcare accounts in close partnership with internal sales teams and distribution partners. This role is focused on optimizing the performance of manufacturing and logistics processes, ensuring seamless supply chain integration, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary liaison between internal manufacturing operations and distribution partners, the Program Manager ensures that customer needs are met with high efficiency and precision, manages end-to-end logistics support, and aligns resources to maintain streamlined operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealer teams, coordinating all internal manufacturing and logistics support needed to ensure the success of customer programs.

  • Oversee and project manage requests from dealer and internal sales teams to optimize operational workflows, increasing the sales capacity of field sellers.

  • Develop and maintain a shared activity log to enhance connectivity between internal team members and manufacturing stakeholders, improving access to inventory, logistics status, and manufacturing updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align manufacturing output with customer demand, facilitating effective communication of customer requirements and production schedules to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

  • Conduct regular customer reviews to assess operational performance, gather feedback, and monitor key performance metrics related to manufacturing efficiency, logistics, and delivery accuracy.

  • Conduct operations data analysis to assess manufacturing capabilities, identify growth opportunities, and communicate insights on improvement areas and current manufacturing challenges to the sales teams.

  • Perform additional tasks and take on projects as needed to support business objectives, focusing on operational excellence and logistics alignment.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience in manufacturing or logistics will also be considered.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, program management, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of MillerKnoll products and manufacturing capabilities.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to coordinate complex logistics and manufacturing processes across teams.

  • A proactive, assertive approach with the confidence to represent MillerKnoll's operational standards and gain trust from a diverse set of stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced, evolving environments and build long-term operational strategies with customers, partners, and manufacturing teams.

  • High-level written and verbal skills, particularly for conveying technical and operational details in a clear, structured manner.

  • High personal performance standards with a results-oriented mindset focused on manufacturing excellence and logistics optimization.

  • Financially literate, with strong business acumen, especially regarding logistics costs and manufacturing budgets.

  • Experience with manufacturing process improvement methodologies and logistics optimization preferred.

  • Proficiency in office and logistics management software used in MillerKnoll's environment.
