Bolton & Menk, a top regional consulting firm in the Midwest is looking to add a Senior Planner to our Planning and Urban Design Work Group based in one of North Dakota offices (Fargo, Grand Forks, Bismarck) with the ability to work hybrid. What You Will Be Doing: In this role you will provide project management and support to other Project Managers for services related to transportation planning or municipal planning; comprehensive plan development; and land use analysis and impacts. Planning projects will vary with emphasis on land use and zoning, ordinance development, comprehensive plans, small area and master plans, transportation, parks and trails, or environmental review. You will work independently with transportation or municipal clients on planning and zoning studies, development review and ordinance updates, and collaboratively on larger projects with multi-disciplinary teams. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to our growing team. What We Are Looking For:
Education
Bachelor of Science of Planning (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
AICP - Certified Planner (preferred)
